Withdrawing funds in my PayPal account

I can't withdraw the balance of my PayPal account, I have an error message each time - It is only £385 but still won't let me... any ideas?

Have you withdrawn funds before?
Are you withdrawing to a bank account and not debit card?
What error message are you getting?
Have you verified / confirmed your bank account?
Are the funds cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in your countries currency?
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?

Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name? yes

I have transferred some funds last week and I need to transfer the remaining balance - it won't let me transfer a lower amount

Any ideas?
