I am unable to withdraw funds from my Paypal to mpesa. The problems seem to be in my Paypal account as I am unable to send money to anyone from Paypal. I had the same problem some days ago, what I did was to link my debit card to verify my account and I was able to withdraw immediately after I linked my card. My question is how can I know the actual problem causing my funds withdrawal issues?

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
