Hello, I am from Romania and I have USD as primary currency. Also, I recieved USD and have them in my balance. How can I withdraw the USD to my bank account ? When I try to do that, it says it is a problem.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
