My account was on limitation for more tha 180 days.i am now told than i can withdraw my funds.but every time i try.it say oops we are sorry we cant complete the transaction.please try later or contact us.I sent several e mails and even called paypal offices but i still cant withdraw my money.am now opting to be given a cheque but i dont know where to start?
There are the added options only in Kenya of using the services of M-PESA or Equity Bank to transfer funds out of a PayPal account. If unable to get those to work, customer service assistance would be needed.
