Withdrawal

I’ve tried withdrawing money on Wednesday, today is Monday and it’s still not showing in my bank account. Usually these take 1-2 days. I’ve called the bank as well and they can’t see any transfer. What to do?

I am sorry to hear that your funds have not reached your bank account yet. Usually, as you anticipated, it takes 1-2 days, but it may take up to 7 days for the amount to show in your bank account. If after 14 days you are still unable to locate the amount, please reach out to our Customer Service and one of our agents will initiate a trace on your behalf. Please note that this process is only available after 14 days. If you would like to call in, you can find the correct phone number for your country by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal homepage and by clicking 'Contact us' and then 'Call us'.
