How do I withdraw funds from my PayPal account i can withdraw it

I can't withdraw my paypal balance, i have still waiting over 180 Day's but it's not working, how to resolve this?

I am sorry to hear that you cannot withdraw your funds. Have you added a bank account successfully to your account to withdraw? Also, I would check to ensure that there are no open issues on your account that would be preventing you from withdrawing. You can check this by going to the Resolution centre on your account.
