I have a withdrawal that has been pending for over 72 hours and when speaking to a PayPal adviser the other day they told me it would be done by today latest but is now still pending! Has anyone had this issue and for what reason do you know?

Unless your account is limited then i have never heard of it pending longer than 72 + 24 hours.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
