Hi guys!
Today I have tried to make a withdrawal to my card the same way I did with a smaller amount a few days ago, which was successful. For an unknown reason, the transaction was not successful and the money wasn't sent to my bank account. I got a general error message. No clear reason was shown for declining the withdrawal.
Now the money has disappeared from my PayPal balance, and neither has been sent to my bank account leaving me in a space of frustration as I even can't write to the PayPal support center!! Tried different ways to contact them.
1. How to contact PayPal support and get my money back?
2. How to get the reason for unsuccessful withdrawal and if it's a withdrawal limitation (or a single transaction withdrawal limitation), where to find the information about it?!
Seems PayPal is lagging behind in this digital era as the basic functionality is full of bugs 😞
