Withdrawal transaction stuck at pending status

Hey there,

I have paypal account scene Sep, and i made a lot of withdrawals and transactions on it 

now this is the second time i try to withdraw 500 USD and it keeps in pending status , so i sent paypal an email and after waiting from 21st tell 24th it got reversed back to paypal balance instead of processing it to my card.

they do not answer the phone 

any help ?

Try withdrawing a smaller amount.

i withdrew before the same amount with no issues
