Hi community members, I go through the topics and their solutions provided in the community chat, but I couldn't find a solution to my problem. People faced the problem of withdrawing funds from Paypal to visa card in UAE. They receive replies from the community members but were they able to bring their account to normal; I mean were they able to withdraw or not? I am facing same problem. I withdraw funds to my UAE visa card 5 or 6 times successfully but now there is an error message which asks me to contact Paypal. I contacted Paypal many times but there is no solution to my problem from last 15 days. If anyone can help me out. Thanks Muhammad Zuahir Dubai
