You can only withdraw to a U.S bank account opened on U.S soil (ie if you are a U.S citizen but living in another country).

You can't withdraw to a USD currency account.

Hello,

yes, I know about the bank account issue, but I am talking about a USD credit card, that shouldn't be a problem according to the ToS, right?

Thanks

Robin

I pay PayPal over 3% on all US customer sales.

If I have to pay another 3% to withdraw my money that make it over 6% for all my US sales. But only around 3% for UK sales.

PayPal should simply not be charging extortionate fees for withdrawal.

I don't understand this change in policy? It feels like theft having the same money taxed twice?
