I didn't realize there was a verification process so after I added my debit card to my paypal, I immediately withdrew because all looked like it went through fine. I realized a little later that there is a verify process where paypal sends $2.45 with a 4 digit code in the description, and when I enter the code, it's verified. I did this already a few days ago (a day after withdrawing).
Those funds I withdrew prematurely I can see in my bank but they are on hold/not available. It's been a few days ago so how can I clear this hold? When I withdraw to my debit now I receive it fine within minutes but this previous withdrawal is still on hold.
