Withdrawal to Emirates NBD Dubai Debit Card Delayed more than 12 days now. Help Please

I requested withdrawal on 12th of August 2020 to my Emirates NBD Debit Card in UAE. Amount is not yet credited.

I had made similar withdrawal to same card before, and those took only 4 to 5 days to complete. But this time it is getting delayed more than 12 days now.  Can anyone help me on this?

i exactly have the same issue, withdraw to my nbd debit card on 6 august still not reflected my account

I called ENBD customer care and problem got resolved the next day.
