Withdrawal request fails

Am trying to withdraw money from my PayPal account to my mpesa but am being told the transaction could not be completed.

I have the same problem too. Support is completely useless and everytime they tell me to try in 24h. But guess what, the same thing happens.

I'm sorry to hear that your transfers to MPESA are not going through. This can happen for a few reasons, and requires troubleshooting by a customer service representative (or in the case of TheRealMe1's situation, further troubleshooting than what has already occurred). Please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then log in to get the number.
