Hi there, i have been withdrawing funds from my paypal to my registered account for over a year. It now say my account is locked until i prove identity, i send copy of passport as requested and bank statement , AND emails to support. I have called them , BUt still nothing after a week,, PP are holding my funds and wont even reply to my emails ,, Any idea where my next plan of action should be.. Stick as they dont respond but hold funds
I have sent 15 emails and not 1 reply in person, just auto generated replies.. I understand business are struggling with staff, but paypal seems to have just ran off the pitch with my ball!
