Withdrawal problems

Hi, I'm having problems withdrawing my funds from PayPal again. I have limits removed on my account and every time I try withdrawing to a verified bank card or bank account it says problem or enter a lower amount. PayPal support says call them but it's just an automated system which is useless and doesn't give any option to cover this problem. Any advice or support would be appreciated. Thanks Daniel

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
WHEN YOU GET THROUGH EITHER SAY AGENT A FEW TIMES OR KEEP PRESSING 0, IF ONE DOESN'T WORK TRY ANOTHER TO BYPASS THE BOT.
