About 2 years ago, I sold some shoes off a shoe app and I made the mistake of selecting PayPal to receive my payment. I was under 18 at the time, and I still am, so I understand that my account is limited, but I never got to see the money. As of recently, PayPal emailed me and told me I was still able to withdrawal the money from the account, but I don't even have the option to do so. I am so frustrated with this process and I just want my money. Does anybody have a solution?
