I'm also having trouble withdrawing money because the device connected to it has been locked up an account since the past, and now I'm trying to have another official account that can't be withdrawn. and a wrong message comes that can't be processed.

You can only withdraw to a VISA or U.S bank account in your country.

My bank account supports withdrawals, there are problems with my account, and no one solves this problem until payment is not available.

Your bank may support withdrawals from other places, but in your country you can only withdraw to a VISA as per link.
