I have a client who paid me through PayPal but unlike other payments that I received and withdrew before, this transaction has a status of 'Money Received' instead of Payment Received. And when I click on this transaction, there is a Refund this Payment button.
I tried to withdraw this amount but it has been pending for a week now. Do these type of payments (money received) need time to clear or does my client need to confirm something before I can withdraw it?
