Withdrawal money issues

Hello,
I'm a freelancer and I do artwork for people on another site but whenever i try to withdraw money from there to my PayPal account the process fails and they ask me to contact the PayPal support.
I have a linked credit card but I don't have a linked bank account.

yes I'm in one of the affected countries, but I still don't know what should I do to be able to transfer money to my account
