Withdrawal missing

I withdrew funds from PayPal last night to my bank account but it's not in my bank and it's gone from PayPal?

I withdrew money from my PayPal to my bank account on the 13th April,it states in my PayPal summary that the transaction is complete but nothing has gone into my account. It usually clears within minutes!  Any help/advice?
