Can any one help me understand why I have withdrawn money to my card over a 4weeks now and the money has still not reflected on my Card even after PayPal ensured successful transaction. I contacted PayPal support 3days after withdrawal and I was asked to wait until 27th April to receive the funds and since 28th of April, all attempts to reach PayPal support has failed. Why would they do this to me?
As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
