hello,
i have a bank account in Egypt, but i can not link it with my paypal because Egypt's banks don't use the routing number .. they just use swift code.
so i activate my paypal with debit card.
then i receive money in my wallet and try to send it to the card but i have a message "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later."
i decide to buy goods over the internet, but all of them refused cause the card is empty.
i try to have my paypal balance to pay but i can't ....
now it's a big problem and i don't know how to solve it ... could i find help here ??
