I am trying to withdraw money from my Paypal account to my Vietnamese bank account. When I hit "transfer/Send" I then get a
"We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later."
One thing I've learnt about Paypal is that the pop-ups never tell you what the actual problem is which is rather frustrating and counterproductive. Does anyone have any Idea why this could be happening?
