Hello everyone,
I'm having issues with my money being stuck somewhere.
I've withdrawn 3181€ to my bank account in the beginning of November. The bank have denied the payment and send the money back to PayPal. They sent it back on November 10th. It's been over a month now and I still don't see the money getting back on my balance. The bank have provided evidence they have sent the money, it was from DE bank to PayPal's FR bank, both are in EU and I find it hard to believe it takes over a month for that transaction. Does anyone know who and where shall I contact? PayPal customer service said they will investigate it like 2 weeks ago and now they're ignoring my messages regarding that case.
