Withdrawal Problem - Something's not right please try again later

i'm new to paypal, can anyone help me in this 2-3 days i've been active using paypal to do online shop, but today i want to withdraw my money. I enter my account number etc etc following the process but it always says "Something's not right please try again later"
can someone help me please
