Withdraw

After I changed my location to Nepal from South Korea. I can't withdraw my money. It keeps asking for bank account which only comes with korean bank options. Can I just get the cheque via email?

PayPal is country specific and you should open an account for the Country where you live in. If you moved from South Korea to Nepal you need to close your existing PayPal account and then open a new one in Nepal. Before you close your account, you need to withdraw any money from your PayPal balance.
