Can anyone help me. I am from the Philippines, this is my first transaction. I have a balance of 278.14 since Monday December 10, 2018. Yet I can not withdraw any amount to my verified bank account.

It is already tagged as completed. When I try to withdraw it, the system tells me that the money I am trying to withdraw is below the minimum which is 50php. I am trying to withdraw 200 though.

1. Does your bank account name exactly match your paypal account name? and

2. Have you verified your bank account with the 4 digit code?
