Withdraw

I have PayPal wallet balance. I wanted to withdraw in my account. How can I do that ?

Hello. 

I think you have to have a valid bank account.  Link and send like 1 or 5 cents the 1st time and see if it goes thru.

I've tried to send balance monies to my CC account the last few months, but they have all be blocked myself.
