Withdraw to debit

Is it possible to withdraw money to my physical card? or do i need to go to the bank and get some special info?

Depending on what country your PayPal account is registered in will depend on the withdrawal methods available to you. If it is possible to withdraw to your card, the details from your physical card are all you need to add the card to your PayPal account. You do not need any special information from the bank.
