I have been using PAYPAL for many years and have never had any problems withdrawing funds to my credit card VISA.i withdraw money very regularly.
Today i have not been allowed and when i try to make a withdrawal i get the same message "Sorry, we're unable to process your request. Please try again later."
I have emailed PayPal but no reply and tried calling but gave up after 1 hour on hold. I have checked card details and all are correct (Visa, etc) plus check if there are any settings, disputes or notifications pending but there is nothing out of the ordinary
