Withdraw state says Completed, but i diden't recieve the money on my visa card,

please help me, what to do ?

Hi abdoumjr07 and welcome, 

When you withdraw your funds using your PayPal account the status will show as completed once we have completed your request on our side. This does not mean that it has completed to your card. It can take a few days to show on your card so if you are not seeing it already you should be seeing it soon.
