I received some money on my paypal account and I wanted to withdraw it, so I linked and confirmed my MasterCard to my paypal, but whenever i click on "withdraw" it brings me to a page to add my US bank account. I do not live in US and I dont have a US bank account, why it is not letting me to just simply transfer money from paypal balance to credit card?
You can only withdraw to a visa card in your country.
The only exception is U.S expats can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts (paypal is a U.S company so they allow their citizens to do this).
Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
