I sold a watch on ebay and I got 1800 USD in my paypal account. Now I have 1700 USD after ebay took their part. I want to withdraw the money to a bank account or to a VISA card and I get unknown errors. On my bank account I get the error - "Sorry, but we need more information. Please withdraw funds on our old account view instead". When I want to withdraw to a VISA card, I get the error - "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later". Indeed the Bank details has "Checking" at the Account type but the VISA card is confirmed and I know the bank accept money from paypal. I wonder if it is related to the fact that the buyer must confirm he gets the item and must leave feedback?
