Withdraw money problem

hi, i want to withdraw all my money to malaysian bank account but i got this error over 1 week "Sorry, something’s not right. Please try again later" how can i fix this ? can someone give me link how can i contact paypal.

I can't get ahold of anyone and my account has been frozen.... Can some please help me with this issue??? How do I get it sent to me in a check???

Sometimes withdrawing 'some' of the money works instead of all of it so try that.

Have you withdrawn funds before?

Is your account (bank) confirmed with the 4 digit code?

Does the name on your bank account exactly match the name on your paypal account?

yes all detail match..i got 2 transfer work perfectly before
