Withdraw money from PayPal account

Greetings,

I have a PayPal account based in Slovakia and I've been using it for purchasing things online mostly.

Now I wat to try withdraw money from my PayPal account onto my bank account here in Slovakia but for some reason PayPal doesn't allow me to. When I try to withdraw money, PayPal sends me message that my account and my debit card (MasterCard ) can't be used for tranfer and that they are not eligible for tranfer.

I would appretiate any help you can provide me.

Try a Visa card. Withdraw to MC may not work for some countries.

Thank you. Think I'm gonna have to open a new account with VISA card because it won't accept my bank account either.
