Withdraw funds problem

I wanted to withdraw my money from Paypal, but I only get option link your bank, I don't live in U.S. and I prefer to use credit card option, but it simply not showing

You can't withdraw to a local bank account in your country.
You can only withdraw to a linked card.
The only exception is you can add a U.S bank account to other countries paypal accounts. This is because Paypal is a U.S company.

If you are still having this issue I suggest contacting our customer service. The number and email can be found under the Help/Contact taba t the bottom of the PayPal website.

Same thing here, VISA card that worked just fine, suddenly isnt shown as an withdraw option. It is Serbian Visa issued by Komercijalna Banka. Anyone found a solution?
