Withdraw from the PayPal account to mpesa

Hello members, please tell me how I can withdraw my amount from PayPal. My account was previously limited but PayPal write to me and told me that I am now elligible to withdraw but whenever I try to withdraw the process fails. Please direct me. Thanks

I have tried to withdraw to mpesa but it keeps saying transaction failed. What could be the major problem please?
