I withdrawed from Paypal to My bank account before bank account was confirmed. Can this withdrawing be settled or not? And I removed my bank account on Paypal to enroll bank account again which is the same as what I enrolled first. Also, in this case, can I get the money that I withdrew my bank account? If so, how long does it take to get the money in my bank account?
