I have tried so many times to withdraw my money to my VISA debit card but always the system told me to try again later so, could you please help me understand why this is happening while the card is already confirmed.
You should check with your Visa Card Bank find out if the money is in that account
did you do a Paypal Transfer to a Visa card? that could take up to 30 days for that bank to have the funds ready to be withdrawn from an (ATM)
You should Log in to your Regular Bank of Visa if you have online banking with that Bank just because your (LINK) cards to Paypal it don't mean that Paypal is the owner of that (BANK) 😂
