Withdraw Funds

Hello guys, I want to ask a quick question before I proceed with anything. If I have a Paypal account with the same name as my Credit Card name, will i be able to withdraw funds to my credit card directly without linking a bank aacount ? Because I already this account with a name that doesn't match the name on my credit card and it's not allowing me to withdraw funds directly to my credit card and it's forcing me to link a bank account. Thank you

Seems odd as in your country you can't add a local bank account only a U.S one (as paypal is a U.S company).

However you can or should be able to withdraw to a card.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
