Withdraw Funds To a New Debit Card

Hello

On 4th of april 2019 i added a new Mastercard debit card to paypal (i already had a Visa debit card). I verified it and did everything that i should do.

The problem is that when i want to withdraw funds from my paypal balance to the Mastercard card i can't. It only shows that i can withdraw to my Visa card.

If someone can help please, i really need to add some money to my card.

From the link it looks like you can't withdraw to a mastercard in your country.

from what link ?? that link that u provided only shows me how to withdraw funds from pp.
