why paypal took my whole money $999.99 i have $867 in my account and i had a bank transfer transaction paypal cancel the transaction and took the money too $102 now my account show $-29.71 what is this going on... and now no one is replying to the message help center Why you guys took my whole money ???
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
