A couple weeks ago I attempted to deposit a birthday check that written by my parents. It was denied, no reason given. Today, I attempted to deposit my bonus check from my work, which was also denied! I’m just wondering why!? Why have this service if you deny all checks? I was able to deposit them into my normal bank without issue. They’re legit checks. It’s very frustrating.
