Paypal 's new automatic transfer has messed up and after thinking that my money as gonna be in my bank, I find that it was reversed back to paypal. This has NEVER happened before and I can't even open up a a ticket about it because it says "Since you’ve received this payment, you'll need to contact the sender directly to resolve your issue."  and the reverse is telling me "There is an open dispute associated with this transaction. Visit the Resolution Center to view status." and THAT gives me "Let's try that again" and there IS NO TICKET OPEN. I want my money and it's late because of this damn automatic transfer! I was supposed to get it on Friday like normal but I'm guessing I'm gonna have to wait more time because of this crap when i need it NOW! The only note I have from this is "Payment from: Paypal; Reverse bank withdrawal transaction dated September 22-26 back to the PP account balance" which I NEVER did.

Do not file a dispute on the transaction, that's a different function altogether and don't fit your problem.

Contact customer service:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US, EMAIL US or online chat during business hours.

Or try private messaging via social media:

Facebook (MX): https://www.facebook.com/PayPalMexico/

Twitter (MX): @PayPalMexico

Twitter: @AskPayPal

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
