I have just done a Request to a friend for £5 that I'm owed - and she has sent it - but I have been charged a .55p Fee?
Reading the Fees it says that there is NO FEE for personal transactions - can anyone explain.
Thanks

Yes but if you sent a money request it was not a personal transaction was it, it was a goods/services transaction.
The only time its a personal ie friends/family transaction is when the person sending the money uses the send money > friends/family option OR you send them a paypal.me link from a personal account.
If you send an invoice / money request then its a goods/services transaction and you pay a fee.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

OK thanks, but I did that because she didn't have a PayPal account. Thought it was easiest way.
