Why still On hold

I traded 26 May, why is it still ON HOLD?

I added the tracking number 13 days ago, the buyer has already received the goods and i have received positive feedback from buyers at Depop 8 days ago.

Why is this transaction slower than before? some previous deal done in a few days.I have asked the customer service for many times, but only the robot replied me.It's too inefficient!

PayPal doesn't go by feedback. Does the tracking status information show "Delivered"? If the package is delivered but tracking is not updated to "Delivered" by the courier, then PayPal system won't be able to automatically release the funds unless it's past the 21 days. Either ask the customer to "confirm receipt" on their end of the PayPal transaction to release funds if possible or call PayPal customer service for assistance:

 

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

 

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.

Thanks for your reply. The tracking number has been shown “received” on the RM website that is acceptable to PayPal, but PayPal has been showing “processing” from beginning. It seems that PayPal has not updated the mailing status. I manually changed it to “order processed” a few days ago and it still hasn't changed.

Yeah, the system glitches once in a while. Since you updated the order to Processed, ask the buyer if they can 'confirm receipt' on their end of the PayPal transaction. If they are happy with the item and is satisfied, they shouldn't have a problem confirming because they are asked if they are willing to forfeit their dispute rights when they confirm. And if this makes them nervous, then you may just have to wait the full 21 days or get PayPal on the phone and ask them to manually check it and release the funds to you.
