Why is my withdrawal pending?

I made a withdrawal to my bank yesterday after I received a payment. Why is it pending? That’s never happened, it’s always instant into my account?

Withdrawals are 2-72 hours in the U.K.

I’m aware of this. This isn’t the issue. The issue is it says it’s pending. This happened before, it’s usually complete straight away! This payment is still pending and had been since yesterday!

Did you got a msg before that it is on hold for security reasons? If so, it will be released after stated time, 24-72 hrs usually. Even the payments that are normally instant can be put on hold as ‘pending’ at random times.
