Why is my money on hold if I updated with a tracking number?

Hi my paypal money has been on hold for 4 days. I already updated with tracking number on March 5, 2020. I need the money as soon as possible. By when will I recieve it?

Normally when tracking shows delivery of the item + 1 day.
