Why is my PayPal balance negative ?

I have question about my PayPal balance it is in minus, I dont know why didnt have any payments what could dk that. Why is that happening ?

Review your account activity with the running balance to see what is deducted. Did you have an automatic payment/billing agreement set up and forgotten about?

To check:

Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Money, banks and cards > Automatic payments > Set Automatic Payments

Click a Merchant from the list and select Cancel on the next page.

Not problem in that, PayPal make valute convertion change on my acc and they took 26euro and send me back 28 dollar it showed like completed action but no money on account
